Members are encouraged to obtain and read details on all plans before making a decision. New retirees may also continue their present coverage through COBRA - contact your plan administrator for COBRA details. Additional discount and savings programs are available through HearPO and Pacific Group Agencies' Best Benefits Saver Plan.

DENTAL PLAN
DeltaCare CAM42 is an HMO dental plan under which you must select from a list of participating dentists. This plan provides most preventive and diagnostic services at no charge and requires co-payments to the dentist for a variety of other dental procedures. There is no deductible, calendar year maximum, or waiting periods for major services. This plan is only available within California.
VISION PLAN
VSP Vision Plan enables you and your eligible dependents to select a doctor from a provider list and pay nominal co-payments for vision services and materials.

DENTAL PLANS
SafeGuard PPO/Indemnity Dental Planoffers you savings through a network of dentists who will provide treatment for SafeGuard participants at a reduced cost. It allows you the flexibility of receiving treatment from any dentist - but if you see a SafeGuard network dentist, your out-of-pocket expenses will be lower.

SafeGuard PPO dentists accept negotiated fees as payment in full. A yearly maximum of $1,250 and certain deductibles apply. Available as Indemnity Plan in all 50 states.
SafeGuard HMO Dental Plan offers affordable care through a network of highly qualified dentists. There are no waiting periods, calendar year maximum or deductibles with this plan and no claim forms. You have the ability to change dentists with one telephone call.
Specialty care is available through a referral process. Co-payments are significantly less than standard treatment fees. Each famiy member may choose their own SafeGuard contracted general dentist. This plan is only valid in California.
VISION PLAN
PacifiCare Vision PPO Planis a PPO plan that enables you to select a doctor from a provider list and pay nominal co-payments for vision services and materials. A list of In-Network Vision Providers is available on the Medical Eye Services Website (MES) only. Please indiate the Plan #490 when confirming eligiblity for vision coverage’s in network providers.
DISCOUNT PLAN
Best Benefits Saver Plan is a health care savings product that can help reduce the cost of routine care expenses for you and your family. This is not insurance. Do not cancel your medical insurance if you choose to purchase this product. It can be used in conjunction with the plans above for increased savings. As a REAOC member you will receive a 20% discount for all hearing exams and services and up to a 58% discount on hearing aids at any HearPO provider location.
